If so, there's a lot of library patrons we should ban!<BR/><BR/>In all seriousness, without knowing more about it, just calling those people "abusive" without having some qualifications such as whether they actually cost Sprint anything or whether they were detectably just wasting Sprint CSR's time means that there's no way to tell what makes someone a problem, and leaves Sprint open to treat any customer that way.
