We're Not Candy

http://www.retrojunk.com/details_commercial/1709/

Let's make a PSA saying we're not candy but use puppets and a silly song, huh? Don't you think that would make pills a bit more kid appealing??? Now maybe its just me, but... that seems so wrong.

keep in mind, dear, this was the 80's. Kids ignored puppets and silly songs. It wasn't until the wonder that is Weird Al that kids really were swayed by silly songs.

So the ad PSA was completely pointless!

Unless you count jaded adults watching it 20 years later.

Wasn't Sesame Street around in the 80s? Kids have always been suckers for silly songs and puppet!
