Why can't I quit you, Batman? (Repost from SuperHeroes)

Will we see a scene like this in the sequel to "Batman Begins" (except with Christian Bale where Jake Gyllenhal is standing)?

Apparently Heath Ledger has been picked to play the role of the Joker in the next film. I'm not so sure this is a good idea. I like this quote from the article though:
