I guess so, but as a former paintballer I can tell you that hitting an erratically moving soccer ball at that distant with even a high rate of fire is going to be difficult. Also, as a former paintballer, I can tell you that hitting my ass from about twenty yards while I'm standing still is not that difficult.

Nah, with today's paintball guns it shouldn't be that hard. They should be pumping out 15 balls a second at the very least. These guys would never hit anything at this rate.
